how we work
Prior life experiences shape how we perceive the world. We use the therapy space to identify patterns from your past that influence who you are today.
But of course, the past isn’t the whole story.
We also focus on your goals for the present and weave in the wisdom we find when we’re in communication with our bodies and emotions.
And if you have a spiritual or esoteric practice that’s meaningful to you, we’ll work to integrate that, too.
